99 cent tacos...

I went into Eric's craving barbacoa and found a great selection of tacos and more!

The tacos were perfect, just the way I remember them from home. I'm from El Paso, Tx and the food there is much different than here so to find a place that makes them like I like is heaven.

You will be hooked after the first bite.

Rosebuds

I found this cute little consignment store on Craigslist in Arlington. It is run by two really good friends and they are doing a wonderful job with this new venture of theirs.

Rosebud's is the newest addition to Arlington's retail market.  Rosebuds is located just north of Smokey Point between Arlington and Smokey Point on Smokey Point blvd next to a family hair salon.  They have a so much to offer you and your family from women's clothing to antiques to accessories.  They have so much available.  They even have the best competitive prices on Nu Skin and Bare Minerals. You could walk into this store for just a new outfit and walk out with a leather jacket, makeup and a purse.

Mention this post and get 10% off all clothing.

Snohomish Fitness Centers

I met Deni, the owner, of Snohomish Fitness Center on Wednesday and she is such a delight. I loved the center. It is small but very friendly, easy to navigate and so not intimidating at all.

Deni was such a great host and walked me around the whole facility and you should have seen the glow in her face while she was showing me around. You can really tell she loves what she is doing. Her gym is her baby and she really takes such good care of it.

Then there was the cafe...YUMMY!!!! I didn't really plan to have lunch there but a customer came in on his lunch break for a sandwich and once I caught sight of his tuna salad sandwich the baby insisted we have one too. I had a tuna sandwich on toasted hazelnut bread and oh, my goodness it was AMAZING! I cannot even begin to tell you how much I enjoyed the sandwich. It came with a slice of orange and chips and it was all delicious. I also ordered a smoothie and it was the perfect ending to a wonderful meal.

I'm thinking this place has everything you need to be your next workout facility.

Dragon Palace Field Trip

I was told today that The Dragon Palace in Stanwood does field trips.  $5 per kid.

The kids learn to make their own egg rolls, rangoon, and then they get to watch the chef cook their creations along with fried rice, chow mein and S&S pork. Then everyone gets to eat and there is a Ton of food, plenty for the parents also. And the grandpa comes out and makes bookmarks with the kids' names written in Chinese.

Anyone interested in attending? I would love to set up a play date next month here. Let me know if you want to come and I'll set it all up. I'm shooting for the third week in Feb.

Has anyone else gone to this? Has anyone else eaten here?
